New Environmentally Friendly Green Furnishings

Products in Designed Living International's Green Collections are made from sustainable woods. Woods vary in types which include recycled maple, teak, oak, or Douglas fir. The Green Collections uses non-toxic materials, such as water-based glues, natural latex foam and hemp. Premium natural wood batting makes the collection completely hypoallergenic.

A variety of wood finishes are available:

Towels - The Green Collections feature towels made of 100% bamboo yarn, which do not use pesticides like their non-organic cotton counterparts. The bamboo yarn makes the towels not only soft and absorbent, but also hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and odor resistant as well. These high quality towels have low environmental impact and help support sustainability.

Bedding - The bedding products in the Green Collections are made of organic wool and organic cotton. These natural materials do not need chemical fertilizers or pesticides in their production, so are hypoallergenic and safe. The bedding products are non-toxic or use low impact dyes, reducing the negative impact to the environment.

Cleaning Products - The Green Collections' cleaning products are made from natural ingredients. These products are biodegradable and break down into decomposition products that are not harmful to the environment. There is no bleach, petroleum, or solvents that produce fumes, helping you clean safer and easier.
